What I did yesterday
- Studied SwiftUI. Worked through the weekend and got to Day 67 of 100 Days of SwiftUI. It really seems like there’s so many new things I’m learning that I can’t seem to be able to confidently start working on a project on my own because of how the course is structured. You learn one way to implement something then some projects later you learn of a better way and have to refactor the prior work and that helps a lot with the learning but not so much with the surety of starting an independent project aside the learning journey
- Had a lovely chat with
Nadja Rhodes
and we spoke about quite a lot. One of them was ML and I learned a new term: Autonomous Agents. We also spoke about Merrton and how the whole process is structured and the blocker which is Instagram business verification so for now logging the chat along with the responses is the current workaround we came up with and that’s what I’m going to be working on later this week. Setting that up to work on on Wednesday.
Today
- Repotted my plants and moved them from the back of the house to my room so I can use that as an excuse to open up my windows more for aeration.
- Been thinking a lot about how I would keep the concept of checkins going after my batch ends and
Cindy Wu
‘s Programmer’s Log popped into mind. Despite the fact that I get carried away by my day sometimes I have increased my level of consistency with sending checkins compared to when I started my batch, which was almost never. I would like to build on that consistency and such I think I might just build my very own log :)
Upcoming
- Continuing with my SwiftUI journey. Finishing up with the tests I have for Day 67 then starting with Day 68 and beyond [insert Buzz Lightyear sticker]
